These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the Ruvofin platform, provided by Ruvofin Solutions LLC ("Ruvofin", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website or our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Ruvofin Solutions LLC is a company registered at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We build software products — Content Automation, Website Designing, Productivity Apps, and AI Automation — for businesses that want their operations connected and automated.

2. Use of this website & the app

You agree not to:

• Use this site or the Ruvofin app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, the app, or their underlying systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or repurpose our brand assets, or the app itself, for your own commercial use without written permission.

3. Accounts & subscriptions

Using the Content Automation app, or any product Ruvofin makes available, requires an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Where a product is offered on a paid plan, pricing and billing terms are shown at the point of signup or in a separate order form, which takes priority over these Terms for that specific engagement.

4. Connected accounts & third-party platforms

Where you connect your Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube accounts, Ruvofin publishes on your behalf using each platform's official API (Meta Graph API for Facebook/Instagram, YouTube Data API for YouTube), requesting only the specific publishing permissions needed (e.g. pages_manage_posts, instagram_content_publish, youtube.upload) — see our Privacy Policy for the full list of permissions requested and what each is used for. You authorize this access yourself through that platform's own login/permission screen — we never ask for or store your account password, and you can revoke our access at any time from that platform's own settings, or by disconnecting the account inside Ruvofin.

You remain responsible for ensuring content published on your behalf complies with each platform's own terms, community standards, and advertising policies. We are not liable for content removal, demonetization, or account restrictions/suspensions imposed by Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform, or for changes those platforms make to their APIs, features, or policies that affect how our products work.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Content you create inside Ruvofin's products (scripts, posts, videos, workflows) remains yours.
• We retain ownership of the Ruvofin platform itself — its software, design, templates, and underlying technology — you receive a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
• Third-party assets (stock imagery, licensed fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licence terms.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us about your business as confidential, and expect the same regarding any of our proprietary methods or materials shared with you.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide our products with reasonable skill and care, but to the fullest extent permitted under UAE law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of Ruvofin's products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding that claim.

We are not responsible for the performance of third-party platforms (social networks, hosting services, AI providers) that our products depend on, or for changes those platforms make to their policies, pricing, or APIs.

8. Termination

You may stop using our products and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason, with any unused prepaid fees handled as set out in your specific order form.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted here at the time you use our products applies. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, this website, or our products is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
