Privacy Policy

Ruvofin Solutions LLC ("Ruvofin", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our Content Automation platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We'll update it as our products change.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you share — when you message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you include: your name, phone number, and the content of your message.
• Account & workspace data — if you sign up for the Content Automation app, we collect the details needed to run your workspace (your name, email, connected social accounts, content you create, and approval history).
• Standard server logs — like most websites and apps, our hosting provider may log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

2. How we use it

• To operate your Ruvofin workspace and the products you use inside it.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
• To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations under UAE law.
• To keep our own records of customer communications and agreements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing & third parties

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate — e.g. hosting, database, and messaging tools — bound to use it only to provide that service.
• Platforms your account touches — if you connect your Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube accounts, data flows through those platforms under their own privacy policies.
• Authorities, only where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

4. Facebook, Instagram & YouTube — permissions we request and why

Ruvofin's Content Automation platform connects directly to your Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, and/or YouTube channel using each platform's official API (Meta Graph API for Facebook/Instagram, YouTube Data API for YouTube). You grant this access yourself through that platform's own login/consent screen — we never see or store your account password, and you can revoke our access at any time from that platform's own connected-apps/security settings, or by disconnecting the account inside Ruvofin.

We request only the following permissions, each used solely for the purpose stated:

• pages_show_list — see the list of Facebook Pages you manage, so you can choose which one to connect.
• pages_read_engagement — read basic Page metadata that Meta requires alongside publishing access, needed to post correctly.
• pages_manage_posts — publish the videos and posts you approve to your connected Facebook Page.
• instagram_basic — see basic details (account ID, username) of your connected Instagram professional account, needed to publish to it.
• instagram_content_publish — publish the Reels and posts you approve to your connected Instagram account.
• business_management — see Pages owned through your Meta Business Portfolio, if your Page is managed that way rather than by your personal account directly.
• youtube.upload — upload the videos you approve to your connected YouTube channel.
• youtube.readonly — read your channel's own name and ID, so we can show you which channel is connected and let you choose between channels if your Google account has more than one.

We use these permissions only to publish the specific content you approve inside Ruvofin, on the schedule you set. We do not read your private messages or DMs, browse your personal profile or feed, or use these connections for anything beyond publishing and managing the content you've authorized.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Ruvofin's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use data obtained through Google APIs to serve advertisements, and we do not sell it, transfer it, or share it with third parties except (a) to provide the publishing feature you've requested, (b) to comply with applicable law, or (c) as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, where the acquiring party agrees to these same restrictions.

6. Data retention

We keep account and enquiry data for as long as needed to provide our products, meet statutory recordkeeping requirements, and resolve any disputes — after which we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, correct or update inaccurate information, or erase your data where we're not required to keep it for legal or contractual reasons. To exercise any of these, message us on WhatsApp — we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect information shared with us, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

This site and our products are directed at businesses and individuals over 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date above.
